By installing or using QuickAddons (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
QuickAddons is a Shopify app that allows merchants to display add-on products on their storefront, manage add-on configurations, and track add-on performance through in-app analytics.
You must have an active Shopify store and agree to Shopify's Terms of Service to use QuickAddons. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.
You agree to use QuickAddons only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
QuickAddons may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. You authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the plan you select. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Johny Hazkour. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johny Hazkour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
